ECI - Emotional Competency Inventory of Hay Group®
Our consultants are certified by HayGroup in the ECI for Emotional Intelligence competencies diagnosis. ECI is a 360º instrument that assesses 18 competencies of the Emotional Intelligence Model introduced by Daniel Goleman in the book "Working with Emotional Intelligence". Research shows that the competencies assessed are crucial for an excellent performance in leadership and In other roles.
ILS – Inventory of Leadership Styles of Hay Group®
Our consultants are certified by HayGroup in the ILS for Leadership Styles diagnosis. ILS is an instrument that assesses the behavioral pattern used bys managers. ILS is the culmination of the research carried out by McClelland Center for Research and Innovation in Boston in partnership with Hay/McBer. It focuses on self-perception and employees’ perception about the patterns of behavior, organized in six styles of leadership.
OCS – Organizational Climate Survey of Hay Group®
Our consultants are certified by HayGroup in OCS to diagnose the Organizational Climate. It is an instrument that assesses the perception employees have about "how it is to work here" in six dimensions. OCS results from research by Harvard Business School and Hay/McBer in the last 20 years. It focuses on six dimensions that have direct impact on individuals and work unit performance. The results of OCS allow to accurately identify the changes needed in the work unit context in order to improve productivity.
MBTI – Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

This is a personality inventory that helps individuals to better understand their own behaviors and those of others.
